The Bee Queen

Our Bee Queen was created in the summer months whilst our garden was in full bloom and a buzz, and whilst reading 'Honeycomb', a rather fabulous folktale book by Joanne Harris.  The written word is so powerful at creating imagery within us and in helping us to express the internal world of our imagination.  Bee Queen demanded to be created. She is created in stoneware, completely hand made (no moulds), fired twice, and although not very large, many hours of work went into her creation, she really is a one of kind.  She would be perfect for someone with a deep connection to nature, looking for a unique altar ware, or a love of fairy tails and folklore.  

Please note: because of technical reasons, colours might appear different on your screen. Please also note that our items are hand made and are not "perfect" in every sense. They will bear the marks of the handmade pottery creation process that is missing from mass produced items.
