Ritual Healing Spoon

These simple rustic spoons are fired in stoneware and have the rune Uruz carved into them.  It represents both mental and physical health. We use ours for scooping bath salts into water, and symbolising intent, but needless to say they can be used how you so wish.  They have a hole at the top so they can be hung up if wished, each has a naïve face carved into the handle of a bearded male.

The runic symbol Uruz reflects the energy, endurance and strength of the powerful land mammals it was named after, that are no longer with us, but their DNA can still be found in the wild cattle of europe.
