Our patchwork Trickster is inspired by the travelling circus people of old, a spirit of chaos, as a very traditional fool. His body has been decorated by individually adding small patches of underglaze transfers to his body to create a patchwork outfit. Like so many depictions of the fool he has an air of tragedy too. He's very unique and has a front pouch that can hold small offerings for him to treasure. Another one off, and no moulds were used in his creation.
