Plaque Wildwood Oak Greenman

Our Wildwood Plaque is not your stereotypical Greenman, but there is no doubt he is heavily influenced by the carvings you can find in medieval churches the length and breadth of the nation. He is created by hand in ceramics, fired twice and glazed.  If he is put outside we strongly recommend he is brought in in the colder months before frosts as no ceramics are 100% frost proof.

This Greenman is channelling both Herne and Cernunnos and the folktales of our lands.  He symbolises the old oak forests that used to cover this country.  We haven't seen anything like him on the market, and his like certainly won't be found on the Highstreets.  He is a one of a kind and no moulds have been used in his creation.
