Witch Sculpture with Abstract Surrealist Decoration (Martha)

Here at Hedge bound England we name our witches, just not our Nuummies. 

This is Martha and she is a hearth guardian of the cunning folk, her decoration is inspired by the concept of the Primordial Soup and was influenced by abstract and surrealist artists.  The symbols carved into her are inlaid in black by hand and symbolise all the incredible chemical and biological reactions that represent the alchemy of life and the chaos that creates all living things.

She's larger than most of our tribe and she's most definitely a wise old girl, many days work went into her creation.  She's definitely a one of a kind. Her colour scheme has a 70's vibe with a little extra red to symbolise energy and reaction. We think she rather fabulous, and she'd suit someone who knows their own mind and has their own style.
